Before the big event
- If you haven’t already, check out our full range of hire items.
- Let us know the items that you would like to hire and we will put together an invoice for you (based on availability. Please note there is a minimum spend of $50.00 per order)
- Make sure you return the complete invoice and pay your 25% non refundable deposit as soon as possible to ensure that your hire items are locked in.
- Ensure that your invoice (including bond) is paid in full 14 days prior to your event date.
- Arrange for the collection of you items between 5:30pm – 7:00pm on the Thursday prior to your event date.
After the big event
- Pack up all your items and ensure that they are in the same condition as when collected.
- Arrange for the drop off of you items between 5:30pm – 7:00pm on the Tuesday following your event.
- Once all the items have been returned and met our T&Cs, your security bond will be transferred back to you via EFT within 7 days of the return date.
- Make sure you send us heaps of photos of your event and if you like, even jump onto our Facebook page and leave a review.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Security bond = minimum of $100 or 50% of the total hire cost (the higher of the two). Payment of security bond is required 14 days prior to pick up of hire items. Security bond will be refunded within 7 business days from return of hire items via EFT if; hire items are returned within hire period; not damaged, returned in a clean state and; or any items missing. The security bond will be used to cover cleaning fee and the replacement of missing or damaged items (please note if any part of a hire item is missing or damaged the full hire cost times three will be charged). If the security bond does not cover the cost of the missing/damaged or dirty items an invoice will be issued with payment required within 7 business days. All damaged or missing items will be charged at three times the hire cost and a cleaning fee will be charged at a flat rate of $50. Items not returned within their hire period will be charged at the hire rate for every 24 hours not returned. Any cancellation of hire items/styling/delivery/pick up within 14 days of the hire/event date will be charge at 100% of the fee stated on the invoice. Payment of this invoice is acceptance of these terms and conditions. No liability is taken by dream.hire.design for any loss or damages hire items may cause.
COVID-19 - We understand Covid-19 is making it hard to plan your event. In the circumstance that you need to postpone your event due to Covid-19, we are more than happy to credit you the hire amount for future use (future use will be based on availability). If you decide to cancel your hire, our T&Cs will apply regarding a non-refundable 25% deposit and the full fee applying within 14 days of the hire.
