BEFORE THE BIG EVENT:

- Get excited and check out our full range of hire items!

- Let us know what you want to hire and we'll put together an invoice for you (with a minimum spend of just $50).

- To secure your booking, sign the invoice and pay a 25% deposit as soon as possible.

- Pay the full invoice amount, including the security bond, at least 14 days before your event date.

- Pick up your items between 5:30pm - 7:00pm on the Thursday before your big day!

AFTER THE BIG EVENT:

- Have a blast at your event and pack up your items.

- Arrange for drop-off between 5:30pm - 7:00pm on the Tuesday following your event.

- Once we've checked the items and they meet our T&Cs, we'll refund your security bond via EFT within 7 days.

- Don't forget to share photos of your amazing event with us and leave a review on our Facebook page if you'd like!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- A security bond of at least $100 or 50% of the total hire cost (whichever is higher) is required.
- Payment of the security bond is required 14 days prior to pick up of hire items.
- The security bond will be refunded within 7 business days from return of hire items via EFT if:
-Hire items are returned within hire period;
-Hire items are not damaged;
-Hire items are returned in a clean state; and
-There are no missing items.
-The security bond will be used to cover cleaning fees and the replacement of missing or damaged items.
-If any part of a hire item is missing or damaged, the full hire cost times three will be charged.
-An invoice will be issued if the security bond does not cover the cost of missing/damaged/dirty items.
-All damaged or missing items will be charged at three times the hire cost and a cleaning fee will be charged at a flat rate of $50.
-Items not returned within their hire period will be charged at the hire rate for every 24 hours not returned.
-Cancellation of hire items/styling/delivery/pick up within 14 days of the hire/event date will be charged at 100% of the fee stated on the invoice.
-Payment of the invoice is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
-Dream Hire Design is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the hire items.

-If you need to postpone due to COVID-19, we'll credit you for future use (subject to availability). If you cancel, our terms apply: non-refundable 25% deposit, and full fee applies if cancelled within 14 days of hire
